WeldPro/Inline Below are a few pictures of our latest custom inline welding system. They are best viewed in the 800x600 screen resolution mode. On request, more detailed pictures will be provided directly to you. This system interfaces to your individual parts magazines. We designed a handling system (not shown here) to remove the packages from the carrier strips and place them into the electrode bar (shown below). The operator then places the bar in the welder while (s)he then processes another bar. This permits parts to be welded at the same time the operator is unloading and loading a electrode bar. The machine is capable of welding approximately 3,000 part per hour! (See end of page.) Additionally, the oven (as seen on the right side of the WeldPro/Inline machine overview) can be modified to accept your magazines and a custom extractor device handling system removes the hot parts from the oven. There are two removal pass-thru accessories (as seen on the left side of the WeldPro/Inline machine overview) on the left (upper and lower) to remove components and magazines. Please contact Mike Smyers for more detailed information or conversation at (913) 764.0088 x101. Disclaimer: WeldPro/Inline will run parts through at over 5,000/hr but realistic sustainable production rates lie between 2,000 and 3000/hr based upon different weld schedules and operator ability to keep up with the machine. Different package styles and requirements (i.e. Long leads take longer to load than short leads. etc.) are also factors affecting production rates. Operator training is approximately 15 - 20 minutes to achieve maximum speed. WeldPro/Inline is fairly operator 'ability' independent. Parts are handled using industry standard production 'strips' and transported via industry standard stackable 'magazines' containing 5 'strips'. Higher production rates were clocked using 'TO-92' 50 package strips... These picture are from our first generation Inline. Current production models have additional covers, safety shields, modifications, enhancements and other tooling not shown on website. Want to see WeldPro/Inline in action? |
